Return Policy

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

 

 
 

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

 
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
 
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [your-email@2xfashion.com] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Different styles of equal or lesser value

To request an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  3. Once received, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

2xfashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your shipment
  • Requiring a signature upon delivery
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost or stolen
